Mark Spiers is an experienced recruitment professional with a significant background in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Head of Recruitment at STRABAG UK Limited since March 2022, Mark has previously held positions including Group Recruitment Manager at LINQ Recruitment Ltd and Head of Professional Recruitment at J. Murphy & Sons Limited, a leading global infrastructure and civil engineering company. Mark established Mark Spiers & Associates, providing search and selection services after a successful tenure at Number 8 Group.
