Thilo Klepsch

Thilo Klepsch is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and construction leadership. Currently serving as Technischer Bereichsleiter and Prokurist at STRABAG since February 2019, Thilo Klepsch oversees industrial, commercial, and high-rise building projects. Previous roles include Senior Projektmanager for international EPC power plant construction projects at Siemens AG Austria Energy Solution from September 2013 to December 2018, and earlier positions as Leiter Bauabteilung and Projekt Manager Bautechnik at the same company, managing projects in Romania, Portugal, and Germany. Thilo Klepsch also has prior experience as Bauleiter in various firms and holds a Diplom Ingenieur (Master) in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and a Vordiplom (Bachelor) from Technische Universität Dresden.
