Yanfen Chen has extensive experience in corporate finance and development, currently serving as the Head of M&A at STRABAG since 2024. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Manager at PwC Austria from 2019 to 2021 and as a Director at Oaklins from 2011 to 2019, focusing on M&A and strategic advisory. Yanfen began their career with traineeships at both Raiffeisen Zentral Bank AG and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. in 2007 and 2008 respectively. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University Klagenfurt, which they completed in 2008.
