Anna O´shea

Anna O'Shea is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Strada, leading the global people strategy for a workforce of 9,000 employees. They previously held positions at Alight Solutions and Taboola as Vice President International Human Resources and HR Director for Europe, respectively, where Anna significantly contributed to talent acquisition and employee engagement. Their foundational experience includes roles at Cisco Systems and LinkedIn, where Anna cultivated a passion for recruitment and HR best practices. Anna graduated with a BSC in Management Studies from Brunel University and began their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
