Carole Besson

Carole Besson is an accomplished international HR project manager with extensive experience in various HR roles. They served as the HR SSC Manager and later as the HR Expertises Director at Mantu from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, Carole worked at Amaris Consulting as HR Officer, Regional HR Manager, and HR Partner from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Carole is a senior consultant at Strada, where they focus on collective agreements, project management, and organizational audits. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from IAE Toulouse and a Master 2 in International Human Resources Management from IAE Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
