Chloe Lewis is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in multiple sectors, including significant roles within FTSE 100 organizations. Previously, they served as HR Director and Board Member at AdviserPlus and as Director of HR at Sainsbury's, where they developed strategic people initiatives across extensive teams. Chloe currently holds the position of UKI Director of Client Management at Strada, focusing on client transformations and technology innovations while leading a global team. Their academic background includes a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma and a Strategic HRM degree from other esteemed institutions. Chloe is also a member of the Board of Trustees at First Light.
