Chris Jacobson is an experienced IT professional with a background in program analysis, project management, service delivery, and client management. Beginning a career at Aon Hewitt in 2005, Chris worked as a Programmer Analyst and advanced through roles such as IT Project Manager and Lead System Analyst, demonstrating expertise in Oracle support, project leadership for SAP transitions, and system efficiency analyses. Later positions at Alight Solutions included IT Delivery Manager and Senior Enablement Manager, overseeing IT service delivery and cloud optimization for global clients. Currently serving as Client Management Director at Strada, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Northwestern University.
