Geoffrey Lessard is a Workday certified, solution-driven Talent management leader with over 17 years of experience in implementation, operational, and post-deployment delivery roles. Geoffrey currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Strada, where they lead professional services initiatives. Previously, Geoffrey held various positions, including Workday HCM Implementation Consultant at Aon Hewitt and Managing Workday Senior Consultant at Alight Solutions, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale Workday implementations. Geoffrey earned a degree in Graphic Design from Humber College and has developed a strong talent point of view methodology driven by data and experience.
