Justin Strauts possesses extensive experience in cloud solutions architecture, particularly within the Workday ecosystem. At Alight Solutions since May 2017, Justin has been responsible for developing cloud solutions for Workday clients, focusing on the deployment of new modules and application management services to enhance HR operational effectiveness. Prior to this, Justin held various positions at Aon Hewitt from April 2012 to October 2013, including Manager of the Talent, Rewards, and Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing Proposal Development Team, as well as roles in business analysis and solutions architecture. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Near East South Asia Center for Strategic Studies in 2003. Currently, Justin serves as a Solutions Architect at Strada, beginning in July 2024.
