Ronald Misage

Ronald Misage, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Leader of Human Resources at Strada since July 2024, Ronald oversees a team delivering payroll, benefits, recruitment, and customer care services for a diverse client base. Previous roles include Sr Human Resources Leader at Alight Solutions and Global Head of Human Resources at Cielo Global Holdings LLC, where Ronald contributed to the management of technology companies specializing in AI, IoT, ML, and FinTech. Ronald has also held leadership positions at Human Capital Management, La Lomita Inc., Corporate Solutions Inc., and MHNet, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing HR programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Ronald holds a BA in History and Political Science from Texas State University and has studied at The University of Texas at Austin.
