Vicki Middleton, PMP, is a Global PMO Ongoing PMO Leader at Strada, where they manage a global team of over 50 in project management. With more than twenty years of experience in HR Health & Welfare Outsourcing services, Vicki has held significant roles at Aon Hewitt and Alight Solutions, overseeing large cross-client projects and ensuring client satisfaction. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Ripon College and have a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
