Beth Cobert

Beth Cobert is the President of Affiliates and Strategic Partnerships at Strada Education Foundation and has held this role since 2024. They previously served as President, Acting President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of Skillful at the Markle Foundation from 2017 to 2020. Cobert was also the Acting Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 2015 to 2017 and the Deputy Director for Management and U.S. Chief Performance Officer at the Office of Management and Budget from 2013 to 2015. Their extensive career at McKinsey & Company spanned nearly three decades, from 1984 to 2013. Cobert holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
