Ryan Waggoner

Ryan Waggoner currently serves as the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Strada Education Foundation, where responsibilities include leading regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management functions while providing legal counsel to various teams. Previously, Ryan held the position of Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Strada, focusing on policy and advocacy, philanthropy, tax, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Ryan serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Whiteboard Advisors. Prior experience includes a partnership at Ice Miller LLP, advising public charities and private foundations, and elected roles on the Board of Trustees for Franklin Community Schools and Central Nine Career Center. Ryan holds a Doctor of Law degree from Pepperdine Caruso Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Communication from Butler University.
