Vinod Antony

Vinod Antony has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Vinod began their career in 2003 as a Process Executive at Citibank. From there, they worked as an Operations Manager at ICICI Bank, a Research Analyst at Irevna, and a Regional Operations Manager at Kotak Mahindra Prime. In 2009, Vinod joined Equitas Micro Finance India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager Operations. Vinod then worked as a Senior Manager - HR at Hinduja Leyland Finance Limited before taking on the role of Head of Human Resources at Stradegi Solutions in 2013.

Vinod Antony completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SRM Engineering College, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Loyola College, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Their primary education was completed at St.Bede's Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, where they studied from 1985 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Vinod Antony received a Certification in Management of Human Resources from Loyola Institute Of Business Administration in May 2014.
