Mathias Gerhold has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mathias started their career as a Maintenance Technician at Thyssen Krupp VDM in 1999 and later became a Machine Shop Supervisor at THYSSEN-KRUPP GROUP LTD in 2004. In 2009, they joined UNIWHEELS AG as a Finishing Manager, and then moved to BORBET Alabama, Inc. in 2012, where they held various roles including Finishing Manager, Machining Business Unit Manager, and Director of Operations. In 2020, they joined Wheel Pros as a Plant Manager. More recently, Mathias served as the Chief Executive Officer at Heiche US Surface Technologies from 2022 to 2023, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer of STRÄHLE+HESS.
Mathias Gerhold completed their education at SIHK zu Hagen in Germany. From 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology. Later, from 2006 to 2009, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Production and Management, specializing in Production Management, at the same institution.
