David Taylor

Dave Taylor serves as the President and CEO of Thunder Bay Consulting, LLC since May 2017, bringing extensive experience in business development and military operations. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at UEC Electronics, Chief of Staff at the U.S. Army CCDC Ground Vehicle Systems Center, and Director of Operations at PEO Ground Combat Systems. Taylor's career also features roles such as Portfolio Planner and Program Coordinator at PEO GCS, Senior Executive Advisor at the US Department of Defense, and Director and Chairperson at the Department of Military Science at Michigan State University. Educational credentials include an MPA from Harvard University with a focus on National Security, a certificate from the National Defense University in Computer and Information Sciences, and a BA in Political Science from The Citadel.
