Stuart Jolly

Advisor at Straife

Stuart Jolly is the current Managing Director at Straife. Stuart has also served as the Executive State Director at Americans for Prosperity, a national advocacy program, from January 2006 to December 2012. In this role, they were responsible for raising nearly $2 million for state operations and developing long-term strategic initiatives. Stuart also oversaw implementation of grassroots and grass-top efforts, successfully sponsoring/supporting legislation passing 12 pieces of legislation in 5 years.

From January 2003 to December 2014, Stuart Jolly was a Professor & Adjunct Professor at the University of Central Oklahoma, where they served as the Professor of Military Science from 2003-2006 and commissioned 54 Second Lieutenants in 4 years. Stuart was also an Finance Adjunct Professor – Personal Finance for 8 years and was honored to receive the “Adjunct Professor of the Year Award” in 2011.

In July 2016, Stuart Jolly became the National Political Director at Great America PAC. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the PAC’s political program. Stuart also served as the Executive Director at Blackhawk Solutions, LLC from June 2016 to December 2016.

Stuart Jolly received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The Citadel. Stuart then went on to earn a Master of Arts in International Studies In Business from East Carolina University. Additionally, they have studied French & Dutch at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center and is Helicopter Pilot Qualified from U.S. Army Flight School.

Stuart Jolly reports to Joseph Fleming, Founder & Managing Director. They are on a team with Craig Lebamoff - Managing Director, Binu Panicker - CISO, and Justin Niederer - Senior Consultant.
