Paul Cudmore

Paul Cudmore is an experienced Terminal Manager currently overseeing RORO operations at Strait Link since October 2022, where key achievements include the creation of a Continuous Improvement model and successful negotiation of the Strait Link Supervisors Agreement 2023. Prior to this, Paul held various roles at Victoria International Container Terminal from November 2016 to October 2022, including Terminal Operations Lead and Labour and Learning Manager, where significant contributions included implementing a Business Improvement Plan that enhanced safety, customer engagement, and profitability. Previous professional experiences include positions at MIRRAT, Patrick, Integrated Group, Adecco, and Godfrey Hirst Carpets, spanning operational management, business unit leadership, and recruitment. Paul holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety and a Diploma of Management.
