Raani

Raani (Arunesaraani Arunasalam) currently serves as the Industry Development Manager at Straits Interactive, focusing on identifying new business opportunities and developing market strategies since November 2023. Previously, Raani held the position of Senior Consultant - CX at Speridian Technologies from February 2021 to September 2023, where leadership in the Customer Success Manager portfolio for the ASEAN region was emphasized, alongside increasing regional presence through marketing and business development initiatives. Raani's earlier experience from January 2009 to February 2021 includes roles as an Oil & Gas Engineer, specializing in manufacturing, quality, welding, and sales for established oil and gas MNCs and SMEs. Raani holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from SP Jain School of Global Management, a First Class Honours Bachelor of Engineering in Materials & Manufacturing Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, and distinction and merit diplomas from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology in the same engineering field.
