Aditya Sethuraman

Aditya Sethuraman currently serves as Associate Vice President of Human Resources and Director of HR at Straive since March 2022. Prior to this role, Aditya held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Cognizant from May 2017 to February 2022. Aditya's career in HR began at Infosys, where a span of over 9 years as Senior Lead BPHR was spent managing HR functions aligned with the Retail, CPG, and Logistics Business Vertical, overseeing a team of 1300 employees. Earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Career One Solutions India Pvt Ltd, focusing on end-to-end recruitment processes. Aditya holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR/System from MGR University and a Bachelor’s degree in ICE from the University of Madras. Education began at LFC and continues through senior secondary education at DAV and high school at Sri Ramakrishna Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
