Ankor Rai

Ankor Rai currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Straive, which specializes in operationalizing Data Analytics and AI for clients across various industries globally. Prior to this role, Ankor held multiple significant positions at EXL, including Member of the Executive Committee and EVP & Chief Digital Officer, where Ankor led the transformation of EXL into a strategic digital partner and developed a $300 million revenue business. Ankor also served as Global Co-Head of EXL Analytics, expanding the analytics practice significantly. Earlier career experiences include a partnership at Inductis, focusing on strategy and analytics for financial services, and an associate role at Mitchell Madison Group. Ankor holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
