Bhaskar J.

Bhaskar J. currently serves as Senior Vice President of Merger and Acquisition and Finance at SPi Global since November 2017, leading the M&A function while also focusing on strategic initiatives and financial planning. Previously, Bhaskar held the position of Vice President at Mercator Solutions from January 2016 to September 2017, where responsibilities included establishing India operations and managing business-case preparation for the project. Before that, Bhaskar was Senior General Manager of Finance at WNS Global Services for eight years, overseeing the finance function in South Africa and managing a large team while integrating new entities. Bhaskar holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, earned between 2003 and 2005.
