Laura Weaver

Laura Weaver is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as the Director of Project Management Services at Straive, formerly known as SPi Global, since March 2016. Previously, Laura held various roles at Pearson North America from September 2002 to March 2016, including Team Lead for Program Management, where responsibilities included managing project scope, budget, and delivery timelines. Laura also worked as an Associate Editor, Operations Specialist, and Senior Editorial Assistant during the tenure at Pearson. Earlier in Laura's career, a decade was spent as Comptroller at Oyl-Air Specialty, overseeing accounts payable and receivable for significant revenue streams. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism and Advertising from The Ohio State University and completed a PMP Boot Camp at Ohio Dominican University.
