Mohan N A is an experienced instructional designer and industrial product designer currently serving as an Instructional Designer at Straive since April 2023 and as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant at Ruta Design Solutions since January 2020. Previously, at VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd., from December 2012 to September 2016, Mohan created extensive training modules and manuals, trained over 3,000 engineers, and coordinated technology conferences. Early in the career, Mohan worked as a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science, contributing to interdisciplinary research in sustainable solutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Master of Technology in Materials Science from the University of Mysore.
