Prior experience includes a position as a Quality Assurance Quality Control specialist at Tata Business Support Services Limited from May 2015 to May 2017, where responsibilities involved monitoring customer interactions to align with business objectives. Siva holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from Madurai Kamaraj University, completed in 2014.
