We are trying to solve a global problem:

As Human beings we are spending too much of our energy and the planet’s resources on work that adds no value at all. Our proprietary approach quickly shows that this waste is greater than the value added by a factor of 9:1. This chronic imbalance is making our work inefficient. There is however good news because having learned to see this waste and value clearly the route to improvement becomes both obvious and highly inspiring.

There are times in human history when we have upgraded the way we work but this has been limited to some industries, a small number of sectors and many transitory examples. Having become students and then practitioners of these approaches we have seen how to permanently upgrade human working to that of higher levels.

Our purpose is to help organisations achieve higher levels of performance and reduce resource consumption by removing waste.
