Anu Varghese has a diverse background in research and development within the biotechnology and agricultural sectors. Beginning as a Research Assistant at Kerala Agricultural University, Anu focused on developing bio-consortiums to combat fungal pathogens in spice crops. As a Research and Development Scientist at MagGenome Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Anu specialized in creating DNA and RNA extraction kits utilizing magnetic nanoparticles. A subsequent role as a Senior Research Associate at Mediomix involved library preparation for NGS applications and RT-PCR tests, along with NABL documentation. Currently, as a Scientist III at Strand Life Sciences, Anu is involved in automating NGS library preparation and optimizing clinical panels.
