Daniel Hale has a diverse work experience in the architectural industry. Daniel began their career at Flad Architects in 1997 as an Architect/Planner, where they worked for over a decade. In 2008, they transitioned to Gorman and Company as the Interim Director of Design & Construction. After that, they joined Gallina USA in 2011 as the Director of Architectural Sales and Technical Support. In 2013, they moved to Strang, Inc. as a Principal and Executive Vice President. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in technical support, sales, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Daniel Hale started their education journey in 1985, when they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Daniel pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and completed their studies in 1988. After taking a break from their academic pursuits, they returned to the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign in 1995 to further their education. This time, they focused on Architecture and Construction Management, and they successfully graduated with a degree in M Arch in 1997.
