At Strat.exe we are convinced that the true challenge of today’s organisations lies more in the Execution than in the Definition of their strategies. Organisations usually struggle more when it comes to executing their plans, than when it comes to developing their strategy. A lack of internal discipline, capabilities, skills and processes for execution often explains this difficulty.

We have developed a strategy model based on the Strategy Execution best practices. This model covers from the definition of the strategy to its transformation into results:

1. STRATEGY DEFINITION
     a. Strategic Analysis
     b. Scenario Planning
     c. Strategic Visioning
     d. Strategic Themes Development

2. STRATEGY TRANSLATION
     a. Strategy Map
     b. Strategic Measures and Targets
     c. Strategic Initiatives
     d. Strategic Budget

3. STRATEGY CASCADING AND ALIGNMENT
     a. Organisational cascading
     b. Personal Scorecard and performance management
     c. Strategy Communication
     d. Change management

4. STRATEGY MANAGEMENT
     a. Office of Strategy Management
     b. Initiatives Monitoring Model
     c. Objectives Monitoring Model
