Andrew Dare currently serves as Group CTO at STRAT7 since April 2023. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of CTO Banking & Financial Markets Director Consulting Expert at CGI from February 2021 to May 2023, where technical leadership in the banking sector was provided. Andrew's extensive experience includes working as Chief Technologist at DXC Technology from March 2007 to February 2021, focusing on innovation within the UK&I Banking & Capital Markets segment. Earlier, from 2000 to 2007, Andrew was a Technical Solution Architect at IBM, contributing to various projects and advocating for Linux adoption in financial institutions. Andrew began the professional journey as a Programmer at Provident Financial from 1980 to 1987, and later served as Principal Technical Consultant at Armature, where leadership was provided on retail software implementations across Europe from 1992 to 1999.
