Benjamin Santos has served as a Business Strategy Intern at Strata since September 2025. Prior to this role, Benjamin was the Assistant Camp Director at Mid NJ Lacrosse from June 2018 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading and managing staff to ensure a safe environment for campers, while also administering a curriculum focused on skill development. Additionally, experience as a Caddy at Rumson Country Club from June 2019 to August 2025 contributed to professional development. Benjamin graduated from Christian Brothers Academy in 2021 and is expected to complete a degree in Economics at Bucknell University in 2025.
