Fernando Torres has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fernando began their career as an Analyst at Telecom Argentina in 1997, where they participated in data analysis and control to optimize various systems. Fernando then moved to Movicom Bell South in 1998, where they worked as a Senior Marketing Analyst, responsible for generating loyalty and sales actions. At Telefónica, from 2005 to 2019, Fernando held the position of Campaign Administration Manager, overseeing communications to the customer base, including planning, segmentation, and channel selection. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Digital Facts as the Customer Base Management Manager, focusing on business opportunities and commercial strategies based on analytics data. Currently, Fernando works as a Sr Customer Base & Analytics Manager at Strata Analytics Group.
Fernando Torres attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied Administración de Empresas. Fernando also completed a Data Science program at Digital House in 2020. In the same year, they obtained certifications from Google Analytics Academy in "Introducción a Google Analytics 360" and from Google Academy in "Certificación sobre las campañas de búsqueda de Google Ads". Additionally, in 2009, they received a certification in green belt methodology Six Sigma from Telefonica Argentina.
