Tom Conley

Tom Conley is a Technical & Project Management Consultant with extensive experience in project management across various high-stakes environments, including nuclear facilities and hazardous waste projects. They held positions at Lockheed Martin from 1995 to 1998, where they coordinated mercury issue initiatives, led advanced development hardware projects, and managed the development of final waste forms. Tom has also worked at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, overseeing operations and facilitating facility expansions. Currently, at Strata-G, LLC, they provide project management and operational expertise for clients, notably supporting the UPF process and ensuring projects are completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Tom holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Master's in Environmental Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
