Eric Olden

Eric Olden is the Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO at Strata.io. Eric was previously at Oracle from October 2017 to July 2019, where they served as the SVP and GM of Cloud Security and Identity Management. In this role, they were responsible for product research and development, DevOps and product management for Oracle's Cloud Security and Identity portfolio globally. Eric successfully ran an extended organization of 700+ people across 7 US states and 5 countries.

Olden has a long history of success in the tech industry. Eric was a Founding Partner at Launch Sciences from April 2013 to September 2017. At Launch Sciences, they helped launch over 30 companies as an early-stage investor, advisor, and operator. Eric has also served in various leadership roles at Oracle, including leading the transformation of their global product process using Agile Pods - a 1st for the company. Under their leadership, the Oracle security portfolio was recognized in 2 Gartner Magic Quadrants - Identity Governance & Access Management. Eric also introduced Design Driven Development and Customer Development Programs during their time there.
