Rick Hanson

Rick Hanson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as President - GTM at Forcepoint since December 2024, Rick also acts as an advisor for Strata Identity, a multi-cloud identity company. Previous positions include President - GTM at Delinea, Chief Operating Officer at Onapsis, and Chief Revenue Officer at Brightcove, where Rick oversaw significant revenue growth for cloud solutions in streaming video. Notable contributions were made to CA Technologies as SVP & GM North America, leading a $2 billion sales organization, and to Hewlett-Packard in key sales and operational roles, managing over $4 billion in sales for HP Software. Rick also served on the board of the Advanced Cyber Security Center and acted as an advisor to Incent Games, Inc., a sales gamification platform acquired by Microsoft.
