Ritchie B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at STRATA Manufacturing PJSC since May 2017, Ritchie previously held the position of Vice President Supply Chain within the same organization. Prior to STRATA, Ritchie worked at Rolls-Royce from September 2009 to April 2017 as a Senior Programme Manager, where responsibilities included leading key initiatives for strategic business transformation in the Gas Turbine Supply Chain within Civil Aerospace.
