Travis Pay is an experienced project manager and engineer with a diverse background in the telecommunications and public safety sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at STRATA Networks since February 2023, Travis previously held the roles of OSP Project Engineer, CAD, and GIS at JSI from September 2021 to February 2023, and OSP Engineer, CAD, and GIS at Mid-State Consultants from December 2018 to September 2021. Prior experience includes positions at FiberTel, Inc. and the State of Utah Division of FFSL as an OSP Engineer and Assistant Fire Warden, respectively. Travis also served as CAD Manager at Mid-State Consultants for over 26 years, from April 1990 to July 2016.
