Established in 2016, Strata Support Outsourcing is Australia's trusted partner for strata management companies seeking to streamline their operations and reclaim time for what matters most — their clients. With deep roots in the strata industry and a clear understanding of the pressures facing strata managers today, we deliver specialist administration, accounting, insurance and compliance services to firms of all sizes across Australia.

At the helm is Susan Vrbanjac, our Managing Director, whose 27 years of hands-on strata industry experience sets Strata Support Outsourcing apart from generalist outsourcing providers. Susan and her team don't just understand business processes — they understand strata. That industry-specific expertise means our clients receive support that integrates seamlessly with their workflows from day one, with no steep learning curve and no compromises on quality.

We serve both strata management companies looking to scale without growing their headcount, and the strata managers within those firms who need reliable, knowledgeable support behind them. Whether the need is day-to-day administration assistance, strata accounting, insurance renewals and claims or navigating complex compliance requirements, Strata Support Outsourcing delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across every engagement.

We believe the best client relationships are built on trust, communication, and genuine partnership. Every business we work with is different, and we take the time to understand those differences — tailoring our services to fit each client's processes, culture, and goals. Our commitment goes beyond completing tasks; we become an extension of your team, invested in your success for the long term.

For strata management companies across Australia (NSW, Canberra, VIC, QLD, Tasmania, WA, SA). So ready to operate more efficiently and grow with confidence, Strata Support Outsourcing is the specialist partner built for exactly that.
