With 50% of UK households owning a smart speaker, we know that your tenants will want their new home to be smarter than their old one. With Strata Home this is now possible in a modular, affordable way in any large scale new home building project.

Get in touch to discuss how this could be implemented in your project. You can choose to add value to the homes your building by including the technology from day 1, or just start with the basics and let buyers choose from addons to configure their dream home.
