Mark Ackerman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Principal Engineer for Streaming Ad Delivery at STRATACACHE since January 2024, Mark previously held the position of Director of Software Engineering at Juniper Networks from October 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a 24/7 security operations team and developing a comprehensive alert infrastructure. Mark co-founded SuperLumin Networks, serving as SVP of Research & Development from 2007 to 2022, which achieved significant enterprise sales growth and innovation in CDN solutions. Earlier in his career, Mark was a Senior Software Engineer at Arroyo Video Solutions, where contributions to the development of a VOD platform led to the company’s acquisition by Cisco for $92M. Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
