Bill Buff

Bill Buff has been a Managing Partner at Stratacomm since 2001, where the focus is on mobility, transportation, energy, and environmental issues. Prior to this role, Bill served as the Director of Communications & Government Affairs at the American Highway Users Alliance from 1996 to 2001, overseeing media strategy and public opinion research to support lobbying and advocacy efforts. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Davidson College, earned between 1992 and 1996.
