Rick Joyce

Rick Joyce is an experienced professional in strategy and innovation, currently serving as an Advisory Partner at Stratalis Consulting since 2015. With a focus on helping clients navigate future opportunities and risks, Joyce's expertise contributes to enhancing strategic flexibility and organizational focus. Previously, Joyce held the position of Group Executive, Innovation at Newmont Mining Corporation, where responsibilities included enterprise-wide innovation and transformational research and development. As Vice President of Technology - Growth Initiatives at Sun Chemical, Joyce led research and development efforts across multiple research centers in the USA and Europe. Earlier in career, Joyce was General Manager of Global Color Technology at GE Plastics, overseeing a global team with research operations in various countries. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Chemistry from Penn State University and a BS in Chemistry and Biology from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
