Daniel Soskel

Daniel Soskel is a data engineer at Stratasan. Daniel was previously a software engineer at SmartBear from November 2018 to August 2021, where they maintained physical iOS devices for customers to use for live testing, developed and maintained automated tooling related to device maintenance and lifecycle actions, participated in a project to rewrite all clean scripts for increased system reliability, created and maintained Ansible playbooks for provisioning of all Mobiles team related hosts (iOS and Android), and authored documentation for both internal team use and to hand tasks off to other teams.

From February 2015 to November 2018, they were an application development analyst at International Paper, where they developed enhancements and internal tooling in support of 130+ corrugated box plants, supervised contractors as part of a project to migrate all plants to centralized virtual servers, and maintained a C# .NET (ClickOnce/Windows Forms) application, which assists users in connecting to the 130+ plant servers and their associated applications and web tools.

From November 2013 to February 2015, they were a web developer at HigherVisibility.

Daniel Soskel has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering Technology, General from The University of Memphis. Daniel also has a High School Diploma from Germantown High School.
