RealTime Talent is now Stratasight Research & Consulting!

For more than a decade, we’ve been a trusted source of workforce and talent research in Minnesota. As our work has evolved beyond research alone, our name reflects a broader focus on helping leaders move from insight to action.

Stratasight supports Minnesota in building a more aligned, opportunity-rich labor economy. Through rigorous research and analysis—ranging from market dynamics to talent gaps—we work with leaders to solve complex workforce and economic challenges.

We do more than share data. We connect and contextualize information, translate across sectors, and turn insight into practical, implementable solutions. Our work helps employers, educators, policymakers, and industry leaders better understand what’s happening—and act on what’s possible.

As an independent nonprofit, we sit at the intersection of Minnesota’s workforce ecosystem—bridging education, industry, and policy with a balanced, data-informed, and deeply local perspective.

Every engagement is grounded in real-world application—strengthening talent pipelines, closing gaps, increasing opportunity, and supporting long-term economic growth across the state.

Simply put: we bring Minnesota’s workforce and talent needs into focus—and help leaders act on them.
