Benjamin Brady

Benjamin Brady currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Stratasys since November 2023. Previously, Benjamin spent 13 years at 3M, where the role as a Global Manufacturing Technology Engineering Specialist involved leading a $2B+ global manufacturing technology platform for CBG Operations and managing various technology development programs. In an earlier role as a Manufacturing Engineer at 3M, Benjamin managed key value streams generating over $400MM in sales, enhancing service, quality, and cost while promoting operational excellence. Prior experience includes positions as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Emerson Process Management and as a Process Engineer at Hutchinson Technology Inc. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, complemented by transfer studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
