Tracey Bauer is a seasoned leader in business systems and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Senior Quality Manager at Stratasys. With a robust background that includes roles such as Senior Manager at MultiSource Manufacturing LLC and Continuous Improvement Manager at Electric Machinery, Tracey has demonstrated a strong ability to drive operational excellence and transform business processes. An adjunct instructor at Dunwoody College of Technology in the past, Tracey combines industry expertise with a passion for mentoring and education. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Systems Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Tracey remains committed to advancing quality and innovation within organizations.
