Robert Kiser

Robert Kiser, Ed.D, serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College since February 2010 and as the Dean of Academics for StrataTech Education Group, overseeing trades education at three Tulsa Welding School campuses. Kiser has a rich background in the U.S. Army, holding various significant roles including Retired Officer/Leader-Educator, Dean, and Supervisory Strategic Planner, with extensive experience in logistics and leadership development. Kiser's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Kansas State University and a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
