Ofer Restatcher is an experienced technology and research leader, currently serving as VP R&D at StrataVAR since March 2024, after a tenure in the same role at Gix Media from 2021 to March 2024, where Ofer achieved a 99.99% uptime in multi-cloud production environments and managed a department of 25 employees. Prior roles include VP R&D at OpenLM (2017-2020), where Ofer oversaw a 45-member team and established a branch in Moldova, and CTO at Inventiva Marketing Ltd (2016-2017), managing technology and operational goals for a 20-person team. Ofer also held the position of VP R&D at Docomotion (2013-2016) and CTO at Total Availability (2011-2013), contributing to cloud transitions and vendor management. Ofer began a career in web development management at WhiteSmoke and PicScout, following early experience as a developer leader at ICQ. Ofer holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel.
