Sameer Nigam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital learning solutions and performance improvement. As the CEO of Stratbeans Learning Solutions since January 2008, Sameer has focused on enhancing digital enablement in skilling and training processes for large and medium-sized enterprises. Prior to this role, Sameer served as Director at Workready Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to December 2021, where involvement as an investor was key. Earlier career highlights include serving as Transition Leader at Genpact, overseeing the transition of Finance and Accounting processes for major multinational corporations, and working as an Associate Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, engaging in IT strategy for prominent companies. Sameer holds a PGP in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an M. Tech in Laser Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur.
