Bryan Marsh

Bryan Marsh has over 40 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as CEO of the Global Data Center Group at StratCap since January 2020, Bryan is responsible for the oversight and growth of the real estate investment platform focusing on mission critical data center assets in North America. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Vice President at Digital Realty from 2009 to 2019, managing a U.S. portfolio. Bryan also served as Senior Vice President at Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors, where significant office space acquisitions were made in Dallas, and as Vice President at RREEF, overseeing various institutional real estate portfolios. Earlier in the career, Bryan was Director at Catellus Development Corporation, managing extensive land tracts and projects, and began as a Sales Associate at CBRE, handling leases and sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Bryan holds a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
